Hi All.
Bought a Firino Mk3 2008 just before Christmas, with a problem, keeps going into limp mode when you accelerate hard.
Cough and smokes from the exhaust.
Fault code P0089 fuel suction valve stuck.
Which is fuel regulator valve, anybody know where it is located:worship::worship:

The fuel suction valve : pressure regulator is located on the end of the pump with a 2 wire plug on it have you looked at live data for desired and actual fuel pressure ?

Will do when I get home. The pump is on the right side of the engine attached to the cam ?.or am I looking at the wrong thing, as I can't see any wires or a plug ?. Cheers for the reply

Apologies I’ve just realised I didn’t take that picture for you the pressure controller is the part the screwdriver is touching IMG_1030.JPG

Yeh that is def different to mine that’s fitted to some combos Aswell , think it should still be a Bosch pump see if there’s a plate on it you may need a mirror , and speak to your local Bosch diesel centre they will be able to tell you what regulates it it’s probably on the rail
