The wheels on ''luigi'' are getting a bit tired as they are now 7 year old 17'' stilo blades with nothing done to them, i was thinking colour coding them white to match body work, not to keen on black as every one's done it, and getting bored with the silver finish.
If the wheels go white then i going to do the front and rear guards as well what do you guys think of the idea?
Also i can carry the Italian stripe on the top of the bumper as at the moment it stops at the front of the bonnet.

In answer to your thoughts on tarting up Luigi, I too bought a set of Stilo 'Blades' (something like £180, collected from London) and had them powder coated (£200 -they would do black, steel grey, silver and white. I guess they'd do any colour if you ask and pay..).
4 tyres from ebay (Kumho Ecsta Le Sport KU39 - 205/40 R17 84Y at £248.52 though the price is now £227 !)
You don't have to wash them every day though I use a good local hand car wash and they make a fine job of the whole car.

Pic here also shows the colour coding I had done on the front and rear bumpers plus the mirror caps. First rate job done by a crash repair firm I've used for insurance work in the past, that lot was £200 too.

R-V-M
(I'd kerbed the n/s/f within FOUR DAYS so after about 2 months I took it in, swapped over the two fronts for steels and they re-did that one. It lasted about 5 weeks before I scraped it again Grrrrr)

Im bored of silver too. I wonder if a white car with with wheels will be good or so white like a hospital. Surely fits but im not so sure if so much white would be a good result. Maybe some stripes white with silver would be perfect. I dont know never seen a white car with white wheels though.
