I had a call back from the dealers today - the SX 95 MJ engine will not come with a comfortmatic gearbox, only the 75HP. What is all that about?
Are these the same engines just with a different ECU? It wasn't explained, just stated.
One other interesting thing the guy said, I'd specified too many options. Can you believe this?!! In order to make the order valid I had to remove the mudflaps. How stupid can they be? If I'm ordering a van from the factory where they begin with just 4 wheels, whatever can 'too many options' be? It's ME that's paying for it so I should be able to ask for whatever I want from their list. As it is I'm being charged extra for a lower spec van as I have to have Start/Stop with the CM box - which I didn't want. OK I can see m/flaps on eBay but it's not really the point.
