fuel not getting into carb .

Hi i am having problems with my Brava the fuel is getting up to the carb but is not being pumped into it anyone help .

their all fuel injection no carbs here!.

could be a injector problem. souns like its not opening is it plugged in correctly.

Hi mate , it just looks like a carb to me , i changed the fuel pump as i was told that was the problem but no change , i checked and the fuel is getting up to the thing that i thought was a carb but seems to go no further any suggestions on how to get round it . Any help would be much appreciated , cheers , Freddy .

Souds a bit like a mate who was looking for the spark plugs in his diesel Focus.

their is nothing that looks like a carb on these engines.... their all mpi with a fuel rail.??

do you have a picture as im confused as to what you mean.

your wrong the 1.4 is a single point injection so no fuel rail and i think i could be wrong but it has a carb with the single injector in it

what your car details and that will help

then i apologise about the 1.4 being spi.

but if it has a injector it WILL NOT have a carb. the two cat exist togeather they do the same thing.
