At the moment I have a 147hp 20v Marea, looking at all the JTD range at the moment.

What kind of real world mpg figures are people getting?

Use of the car will extend to towing race cars and moving parts.

minimum 40mpg pottering about on the run i've had uptp nearly 60mpg but depends how you drive it and exact driving conditions

I have a Marea weekend 2.4jtd

I am getting 35ish around town (I don't do slow)

On a run up the motorway at 65-70mph hitting around 45-50mpg sometimes more depending on how many times I feel the need to overtake

I cant say the consumption in mpg, but can in L per km:
Town (normal driving) - 5/6 l/km
Town (hard driving) - 6/8 l/km
Open road (from 70-100km/h) - 5 l/km
Freeway (constant 150 km/h) - 6/7 l/km
