Hi,

The door hinge on the drivers side clicks loudly when I open the door in 2 different stages. Does anyone what I can do to fix it, preferably without getting a new part if possible, not too bothered about it being a permanent solution for now.

Open the door. Near the hinge there is a plastic cover. Prise the cover off and you'll see two screws. Tighten them both up and the clicking will stop.
