Clutch not fully engaging or disengaging

Hi,

The other day going round a roundabout I changed gear and then put some gas on and felt the clutch slip.

I went to push the clutch pedal down and it felt totally different, soft all the way through.

When I stopped I really struggled to get it back into first.

It would appear that the clutch is not fully disengaging or engaging.

I took a look at fluid levels and the master and slave cylinder. No fluid leaking.

It appears to me like air has gotten in, but it happened suddenly.

New clutch time? or we reckon its something simple?

Kind Regards

you could try bleeding the system, but not sure how air would get in? like i saay bleeding it may help, if not sounds like a new clutch.

If its slipping, get the car to cca. 60km/h, put it in 5th and press the gas pedal to the floor, if its slipping the revs will jump up but the car wont accelerate.

If there is no leaks, you could try bleeding the system, but IMO the clutch is shot.
