Am looking at getting some new shocks- definately front's and probably rear's aswell... have heard the name "KYB" thrown about quite a lot as good shocks???

the car is a bravo 1.8 lowered 40 - i think they are ventura springs...

how much would i expect to pay if i fitted myself and what would people recomend???

i know the front ones are bust as they're leaking and the ride has gone really bad but thought i'd do the backs while i'm at it

cheers in advance

ok cheers so about £120 then does this sound about right?

would anyone recommend any other shocks than kyb's?

If you have the cash, Koni FSD's are really good. Not sure if they make them for the bravo. Other than that, KYB are amongst the cheapest, and Best shocks available on the bravo. A double whammy of goodness!

Konis have always been my favourite choice on any car if available, although I've not tried them on a Bravo/a.
Not cheap, but always a good improvement to a car and very well made, so long-term good VFM.
