which one is worth it?

Basic is usually oil change and air and oil filter change.

Full on top of basic is usually fuel filter change, spark plugs, leads, engine coolant renewal, water fluid and other fluid top ups. Thats about it really, they can look around your whole car and say also brakes need doing, new window wipers etc. Depends where you go really.

Difference between

if you have a basic knowledge of the engine, you could always do a basic service urself.

I've replace the oil filter, oil, fluids, leads, plugs etc myself and it saves paying someone else to do it for you.
