Hi Guys,

I'm making a custom grille for my bravo. I need to find some kind of material i can use to form a shape by sticking it to the original grille and then put filler over the top of it to create the smooth shape.

Also, acting on a tip from a while ago to find some grille mesh i went to b and q but they didn't have any. Anyone know where else i can get it from?

I think you answered your own question. Use filler/fibreglass to make the shape, let it go off, then use filler to go over it. If your bridging a gap, use a fine mesh, fibreglass over it and then use filler.

For a mesh, have you looked at the espdesign shop in the boo directory or something i think we have boo discounts with them aswell, they sell mesh. Also try halfords and motorworld. Some garden centres may have some. But thats guessing.
