Anyone got any experience with the Alpine IDA-X001? also does anyone know if you need an interface box or special lead to connect the iPod or does the normal iPod USB lead just plug into the back of the the HU?

Any help would be great.

there is an alpine cable that connets straight from the ipod to the back of the hu, but its not a usb cable.

Alpine have done away with their interface box for the latest hu's and this is the market leader for ipod conectivity so it should be a good unit
