i had a strange ticking from the dashboard on drivers side, it ticked when turned the ignition on and stays on when you actually start it up to. a friend said it could be the imobilizer playing up so use the main red key and it should reset. i did that and it worked.
few weeks later it happening again, i did the red key thing but it doesnt stop it. the ticking started out very fast and non stop, but when i used the red key for a bit its slowed down and isnt all the time. ive been told it wont effect the drive nad not dangerous but its really annoying......any ideas.
