does any one know if alfa 156 front and back seats could go into a brava,i know there would be some modification needid but is there room?

Any advice would be great.

scotty.

anything is possible mate but you might aswell put gtv seats in as they look nicer, just get sum brackets made up or adapt the originals

I remember someone putting 147 seats in I think, can't remember who though, in a Heraldic blue Bravo.

Donny

have you got any pics of them you can post

cheers.

that will be Ash with the 147 seats in his bravo, looks the dogs and they are damn comfy!

custom subframes attached to the alfa ones

I meant to ask you tommy for the info on whats involved as you have done it before but mistakinly wrote Donny.

from what i understand the frmes are ver simaler but personaly i would have the bravo brackets welded to the alfa seats so its a straight fit

and that wouldent make to mutch difrence to the hight?

scotty.

not that i can think of, if you take off the runners and replace them with the fiat 1s

the only bit of advise i can give...

don't do it... please please save ur hands and just find some bravo leather seats.

right thats the disclaimer... it's not an easy thing.. cos you have to get everything square or the seat wont move... and YES in ASH-G's car you do sit heigher due to the 2 frames welded together.

When I did my buckets I spend 23hrs making frames up, front and rear to get them to sit @ the propper height!

hey.. you wanna buy my buckets??? All frames already made.. just bolt in :)

Tommy

how did the back seats fit? forgot to ask.

scotty.

The 147 front seats do need a bit of work to adapt them to the Fiats but the 156 seats will fit in straight away without any adaptation to the front runners as there exactly the same.
I know this because i had the Alfa 156 sport recliners in the front of my Brava until it was killed.
As for the rear seats i couldn't fit them due to the 90ltr tank i had for gas in my boot so didn't bother though after looking closly at them i would suggest if your going to try and replace the rear with Alfa 156 rears then try to get hold of the sportswagon ones (estate)
As these will fold down like the Brava/o the others are fixed to the car and don't move.

Thanks for the info Rab

what do you mean exactly about the fuel tank in the boot?

im not to botherd about them folding or not there from a saaloon 2.5 v6. so will they fit in hight of back lenth from bottom to edge etc

cheers

Scotty.

@SCOTTY Rab has an LPG tank in the back of his Brava. Or should i say had.

LPG is the substitue for petrol/diesel its the gas fuel.
