Hi to all on the forum. new brava owner here. Does anybody know the route of the pipe to the rear wash/wipe. I have a blockege somewhere between the passenger side bulkhead and the tailgate. Its not the washer end, all ok there.
If anyone knows could you please let me know. I bet its in the roof area.

Its a 1996 1.6 SX 16v petrol. not sure if you need any other info.

take the pipe off the motor at the waher bottle end attach an airline to it and it will blow it out.

most garages will do it for a beer.

Are you certain it's a blockage? The rear connector at the washer jets is notorious for coming adrift. There's a guide on repairing it.

I think on the 1.6 the rear washer pipe goes up the drivers side A pillar along the roof and back down at the tailgate. try following the white pipe from your washer bottle. At some point,after a couple of feet or so, you will come across a one-way valve and the the pipe will change colour to black. It has been known for the valve to be faulty.

To check the rear connector, you will have to strip off the tailgate trim.
