i have a fiat bravo 1.4s s reg some times the revs will go up and down on its own dose anyone know what this is thanks

it is most likly to be ur idol, if u have and induction kit on aswell that could make it go up and down. if ya dont have an induction kit, i say take it ya local garage and just ask them to have a look at ya idol.

actually my mate up the road with a 1.4 sx bravo does the same thing and his is standard, mayb some kinda fault on that model ??

where do you live as i had the same problem on my 1.6 and it is really easy to sort could help if your local. if not find out where your idol control is and try to clean it if you have trouble finding it just mail me and i will try to help. good luck

and quess what mines a 1.4 and mine does it aswell lol..oooww the joys of ownon a fiat lol

if only noticed it on 1.4's i never had tht on my 1.6 i had completely diff problem my car occasionally seem to lose its revs altogether and died but 5/10 mins later it like nothin wrong and would be fine for few weeks
