I have a 51 plate bravo which has a very slow moving passenger electric window and jammed drivers side window. I am going to try WD40 etc to improve the passenger side window, are there any ideas with regards to the drivers side. It had been intermittent now has stopped completely!
Also require a new alternator as new battery keeps losing charge - are these expensive or would ascrap yard be ok to use? Oh yes, are they easy enough to fit??
Any help much appreciated.

I have heard that a thin silicon oil, when rubbed into the runners, will free up the windows. If i recall correctly it can be bought at maplins.
Hope this helps.

Re alternator. Scrappy should be ok for a good one, used em on lots of different cars and never had a bad one. or a specialist reconditioned one, these are massive savings on fiat prices. Easy to fit!

how do you get it into the runners without takign off the panel??

If you get the spray from maplins ,just stick the plastic tube in and lower the window then squirt it down the guides. no need to take the panels off
