Window Tinting

Just looking at Dave's post has got me thinking about window tinting.

Can anybody give me a rough idea of the price or recommend a company to do it in the West Yorks area? Is that stuff you cut & stick on yourself any good?

I tinted the windows on my first car with film, and it was ok as long as the window was flat, was a nightmare tryign to get no bubbles on the curves.

i had my brava professionally tinted and it was much better! i'd def pay for it agian, the film they use is different i think, diy stuff looked purple from inside, Pro stuff just looked a bit darker!

I think it was 120 or 180 quid or something, but i had it done at a place that does ICE at the same time as a lot of other stuff!

probabyl different at your local place anyway!

look in the back of max power there will be loads!

I paid £130 for mine for all windows in black chrome fader. That did have a bit of a discount though as we had 10 members getting it done. These guys will also travel to you http://www.window-tinting.net/

its 160 up my end, but that was for EVERY window, including a sunstrip on the front, so quite reasonable i thought. took almost 4 hours for 1 guy to do mine on my 1.4

Thats my old 1.2 with indy rear. She went back in January bless her. Now have a HGT with reiger blended to original
