now now play nice! i know its a pain when u think your getting a cheap deal but if you know the other people who are bidding then you could get together if you were after different parts of the car etc.. Rather than driving the price up and bidding against each other!

I know i got an email about this one as i have a search saved, but didnt pay it much attention. Too far for me.

AT LAST!!! Another Mk2. Please please for the love of god, who ever gets this can I have the two tiny plastic bits of the petrol and fuel gaues/dials so I can at last put the mules dash back together, grovel grovel beg beg :) ;)

i dont really want it, loving your wheels buy the way what make are they, they resemble the detroit f1's my fave alloy

just looked at your page 17" KEI Force 10 Alloys, if you ever think of changing would probably buy them off you.

Not really caused trouble. Just can be a bit annoying thats all. Lets just say you wanted something from ebay to try a get a good bargain and somebody stick it on a site. All this does is waists the hard work finding it and bumps the price up by people half heartly wanting it.

To be honest mate. I am more annoyed that people will be buying it just for the leather then stripping it for cash to make their money back, when I want the entire car. I would have been stripping it of course but for parts for my car.

So hard to find parts for Mk2 HGT's

heres the thing guys.

look how many of you complained!

you obviously all had your eyes on it already!

lol. think i'll have a wee bid. ;)

What a pity its way up north. Prolly would have tried a bid myself.

Oh well, wasn't meant to be :)

Breaking a Marea 1.6SX - All parts available!

So is the drivers side seat it you look closley enough. The leg support looks like it has calapsed. Same happened to my last seat. A nice metal bar poking in my back.

Also there is stitching missing on the passanger seat. About 1-2 inch so I was told by the owner.

By the way, I've decided I aint bidding on it :)

its not worth the effort it will take to make it a nice car again best it visited the scrap yard in the sky and let others gain from the parts on it

i do the job every day of the week and thats just not worth the effort your prob talking a grand just to pull it all straight and get it paneled up thenthere is paint on top of that and thats with out any other damage like suspension wheels maybe gear box as drive shaft has been heavely nocked there are so many aspects to look at when looking at a write off to repair

Heres the thing, no one, no where in this thread mentioned putting it back on the road...apart from the slightly confused joseph, who is trying to convince....himself I guess, what everone else already new.

You would have to be seriously off your rocker to even contemplate trying to repair that to a road worthy state, spares only for everyone on this forum lol.
