Im trying to put new handles on my 2001 bravo,ive got as far as taking the bolts off the inside of the handles but I carnt seem to detach the rods for the handle and lock,There doesnt seem to be room to get my hands through,How can this be done?

im sure this has been covered in a guide somewhere...

A very fiddly job, easier to take off than put back on. You will need some of the white plastic clips as they usually break.I did mine by just bending the control rods outwards slightly when re-fitting

If you dont want to brake the clips - then its gonna be a tough job. If you can brake them and you have new ones - look here

Any ideas where I can get spares of those white clips? THink I only need one which is annoying! my locking rod wont stay in, so it's remote unlocking or nothing!

Ben B do you remember helping me when I did my handles? Basically I lost those white clips when I did mine, so what i did was used small plastic screw plugs (the ones you put in walls) which I put in there. The rods wouldnt fit as it was too tight, so I heated a nail and put that through and put the rod in quickly so it was nice and tight.It worked perfectly, only an idea.

Take a small metal sheet, drill a 0,5 mm smaller hole in the center of it then the rod is. Push it on the end of the rod.
