hi was wondering is there only one version to the 1.2 or are there more

liek you get diff 1.6 bravos

how much is a 1.2 worth say th last released oens
or a 51plate?

The 1.2 was only ever released in the Mk2 Bravo as an 82bhp unit as it replaced the lacklustre 1.4 that was used in the Mk1 Bravo/a.

As far as trim level, it was only available in the SX, Formula or Trofeo.

theres 3 versions.

CF1, CF2 & CF3.

Ian is probably the best person to ask seeing as he's had so many of them :)

There are indeed 3 types of 1.2 Bravo's. Thank you Dan :)

Phase 1's are the older T reg models that have an annoying ECU. When you remap them, the ODB unit stops at around 80% and won't program any further. However, they still do tend to remap.

Also, don't forget the gearbox issue.

Phase 2's are between V and X plate, which also have dodgy gearboxes.

Phase 3's are from Y plate to 52 plate, and don't tend to have gearbox issues (or none that I've found), but apparently the girl who just completely knackered her Bravo had a 51-plate Phase 3.. but she was running 115BHP from a 1.2 - Not too clever.

All in all, there are not really that many differences between the three. Just make sure you get one with a quiet thrust bearing to ensure longetivety of the Gearbox and clutch.

Oh, and on the MPG issue, my Phase 3 Bravo could manage 48MPG whereas my Phase 1 Bravo would only manage 43MPG on the exact same journey on several different occasions.
My Phase 3 also had 30k miles more on it.

Could be down to a lot of factors I guess, but there's my two pence worth. :)
