somethings gone wrong with my 80 sx once again not really sure what!! theres just something diffrent about her she sounds flat as a fart running like **** and got no power. the other day aswell a light came on it's been on a few times now it looks like a gold tap!! i checked my vectra manual as i dont have 1 for me bravo figured it would meen the same thing on all cars!?? it says in the manual

Illuminates when the engine is running
Fault in emission system.The permitted emission limits may be exceeded
Consult a workshop!!

what damage will this be doin to my car or what damage has already be caused to my car for it to be doin this??

Sounds more like your injector/injectors to me mate

loosing power - thought the injector light was red on Bravos though so i could be wrong....

exhaust manifold gasket could be blowin, and if so, harmful fumes could be goin in to cabin, gasses could also be corrodin manifold, sort out asap.

does n e one think it is worth getting an aa guy to come out and check the full car overor is it just a way for them to make money and there is no point in it whatsoever, i am at the point of blowing my car up as it is just one thing after another and i am not the must patient of people, i just want my car to be sorted and safe and feel nice to drive ive spent a fortune on the ****in thing over the past 13 month just on new gearboxes clutches brakes etc and now im at snapping point, so n e advice would b appreciated again!!! just to add , im at the point must people get with a 1.2 bravo where ive spent more money on the car than its worth so if i was to sell it id b losing money no 2 ways about it but i sit here thinking am i better off just selling the car and cutting my loses and buying something bigger like the 1.6 or hgt or should i just keep chuken coinage at the beast and hope it sorts it head out!!!

better the devil you know. if its had new gearbox, clutch etc thats some of the bigger expenses out of the way and touch wood, you shouldn't have to touch them again.
