I have a bravo JTD 105 with 285000km

The engine is running fine until last week the injector light went up by about 1 second and the car missfire.
The same hapen again this week and a friend of mine told me that may be a dirty injector.

So i put an aditive in the diesel to clead injectors and now driving pedal to the metal :)

The light is ok now but i notice slight lack off power only at +/- 2700rpm.

In the rest the engine is ok from 850rpm to 5000rpm

Can anyone help?

Tommy K - Have you got the Bottle!!

you only have a “hole“ in trat rpm region or all the way up to 5000rpm

The MAF sensor have only 15000km

only have a “hole“ in that rpm region.

is it normal?

Have you changed the air filter, diesel filter?

Sounds like the same thing I had before I cleaned my EGR valve - there is a guide in the guide section

Or you can disable it

Strongly disagree against disabling it. Avoid!

Either repair or replace.

Joske, the 105 has a vacuume one, you just plug in the vacuume pipe and all works like before ;)

No lights on the dash, because the ecu dosent pick it up

I have changed 2 week ago the air filter from stock to a K&N.

So this seem to be the problem right?

What shall i do now? relace with stock filter? :(

Leave it in - the ECU needs to relearn the new filter
