Ok, when i start the car (its cold) i start to go and through the 1st few gears when i change it makes a squeek, sounds like a belt, and when i am at a standstill i have the car in gear, put my foot down on the clutch and give it some revs and it squeeks at about 3000 rpm, so what could it be??

Tommy K said it might be the aux belts i think?

Sounds like it, spray the belt with some engine cleaner and it should go away
