I know a little while ago this was coming up alot, so just to give anybody who's still concerned another bit of info.
I have a 96 1.8 Bravo. I have just fitted a brand new radiator and a brand new thermostat my temp gauge reads 1/3 up during 'normal' driving ie. off-peak city, m/way. Not just under half-way as many others on here have posted. HOT air is readily available at this reading.
Im not sure if this is perhaps a difference in models but im sure that this must be the correct operation due to the parts.
