er, what does this mean? is my injector on its way out? can still runs fine, just the clicking noise.

i have xactly the same problem, the noise is somewhere in the throttle body area,car runs fine, the noise is really annoying and i dont no wat it is????

This may not actually be the injector; in the front offside (for R-H-D) there is a carbon filter thingy which connects to the petrol tank overflow and feeds into the engine.
(some e.u directive so overfilled tanks don't just ooze over the petrol tank through the bleed valve and stink the car out. And cause a dangerous fire hazard!)
Its a tight fit in the wheel bay and some yokel's at ATS knocked it when I was up in Norwich last year and had to have some tyres replaced.
As a result the valve works almost contantly and at low speeds sounds like a pneumatic drill in the distance; runs for 3-4 secs then pause, then continues.
Dealer says not a real problem but will cost approx £250 to replace.
