My engine has been making a rattling noise when idling recently, so today i got a bit of spare time and thought id have a little look around see if i could work out what it was,

Muppet here had only gone and left a spanner in the little tray by the stut mounts lol

What a tool

um...

dad commenting on how tappety my engine was sounding when I started it in the garage...

checked oil. near bottom mark on dipstick...OOPS.

I havent personally, but my brother has left the cordless phone on top of the car after doing some work. Funny thing was tho, he only went round the block o check that everything was ok. When he got back, the phone was still on top of the car. :)

Mind you, he did do it another 3 times after that of which were not so lucky. It got to the third time of falling off and smashed up completely.

Probably the reason why my parents bought another phone but corded.

Cant think why we have gone back to cordless now he has moved out. :) :) :)
 
erm ur brother isnt the only one to do that Stu...

i did it on sunday! was changing my oil and had to go and get a sump plug, the fone had been on the top lip of the bumper and id forgotten all about it. went to get the sump plug (20 mile trip there and back) jacked the car up and as im climbing under i knock something.... there it was sitting right at the bottom of the bumper stck by the radiator. its now covered in birt and squished bugs... :)

Not related but the mrs left her fuel cap on the roof after filling up. Noticed after about 200 yrds after me saying "I can't remember you putting that cap on... urrghh your fuel flap thing is open.."

She ain't even blonde
