No, thats the windscreen cleaning fluid. It goes in the container next to it whit a black cap that has a simbol for posible burning hazard - or it is located near the right head light .

cheers guys is it 50% water 50% antifreezE?

50/50 is fine; I use that combination all year 'round and I always have done.

No doubt I will be sharp corrected if it's the wrong ratio!!
