My radio in my hgt doesnt turn on/off with the key, it can be turned on/off but is a bit of a pain. Im not sure what model the unit is, its factory fitted but has a push buttons for power and volume.

any thoughts would be great.

sorry, what i ment to say is it can be turned on\off manually by it sucks having to do this

Press and hold the EXP button and scroll through to IGN and make that Yes, that should do the trick

cheers for that. the radio doesnt have a exp button, im in new zealand and they must have fitted a differet stereo because its different to the ones in photos on this site.

but i tried all the other buttons and the mute button activated it.
