Exhaust salvage help

I (well me and Ash) managed to salvage the exhaust from my 1.8HLX, the big question is will this exhaust fit the JTD? also how different (if any) do sports exhausts sound on diesels?

thankyou

Re: Exhaust salvage help

Diesels rely on Back pressure, but on my old car, a corsa diesel i had a rear back box fitted and there was no loss in performance.

Regarding sound well it was the same as any other. Couldn't tell any difference.

the fact that you have just resting up against your fence makes me think you should just fit it and see!
