I'm in the process of taking out bits and bobs from my dash and spraying them etc today!
I've unscrewed all the right bolts etc, but I cant get the bloody thing out, it seems to be stuck in the middle where the heating switches are? is there anything there that i should take out?

ok done that, do you disconnect the hazard light? coz she dont wanna come off

yup, itss not easy to get out, so disconncet the wiring and take it out later.
