Hi guys, bought some mud flaps (2 rear & 2 front) off ebay the other week and they came late last week. I figure I'm gonna need to drill them on which is where I've hit a problem.
The rear wheel arches seem fine and pretty solid to drill into with self tappers but I've looked at the front wheel arches and they seem to be made of a more thinner plastic. Just wondering if anyone has managed to fit them onto this type of surface or what I could do? Cheers.

mine are fitted with 2 U shaped clamps between the mudflap and arch lip and two self tappers into the plastic. The fronts are not as rigid as the rears but are yet to come off after 6.5 years
