As title, some knob jockey has removed them before i got the car, and the two 4mm allen head screws that hold the inner door handles on have completely been rounded off, i mean to the max. Ive tried pliers and screwdrivers and they just wont grip.

Once i have the door cards off the door, how do i remove the actual material section of the door card, it just looks glued on from what i can see so far?

They are held on with rubber studs. You will prob need to re-melt them when securing back.
As for getting the door card off - you need to get the hadles off 1st as there is a bolt located behind the handle secing the card to the door

Well the long 5mm allen head screw behind the black cap behind the handle ive managed to get off, though ive lost skin in the process like, but it still wont come off?

Is there nothing i can do without taking the handle off, if not its either; untrim the other door card and centre console arm rest, or just break it off and head for the scrappy?

Well......no i havent, itd be just as easy to just pull it off and try and get another handle though wouldnt it?

Get a flat head screwdriver, a little bigger than the screw heads, slam the screwdriver in the screws head whit a hammer.
And U will prob. get them out. Than go and buy some new screws.

use a drill slighty bigger then the shaft of the bolt to take the bolt head off then once you have the door trim off either use a set of mole grips to get the rest of the bolt out or cut a slot in it and remove it with a flat blade screw driver

just dont snap the handle its such a waste
