Hi All,

Unfortunately someone has taken to denting (well adding to the dents!) on my bonnet, after tracking them down they've said they will pay for the damage....

So, can anyone recommend a good bodyshop in Bristol?

I've been to the Fiat approved place next to Simonstone and they reckon its a new bonnet job and have quoted £520 ish.

Does this seem resonable?

get bonet from here then get it painted loads cheeper

will cost around 200 for paint mayb less

how'd you track down who did it? why'd they do it?!

Well its a long story......

I was up seeing the misses in Leicester when the damage was done, turned out that one of her cousins had gotten drunk and gone on a bit of a rampage damaging quite a few cars in the process.

Unfortunately mine happened to be one of them, following a few conversations about why I would press charges (not being too bothered about what would happen to the git) I ended up getting an apology and a promise of the cash to repair it.

Hopefully he'll be true to his word.

Thanks for the link for the bonnet, I know a bloke who will spray it for cash in hand, i've seen his work and it seems pretty good.
