Got this from the bloke who just serviced my car (did a good job and cheap too).......Now that winter is coming, we all use windscreen washer fluid more often, and he reckons that over the summer months, all the crud and sludge mounts up in the washer bottle when you just keep topping it up before it completely empties. What you should do is either get a hosepipe and completely flush out the washer before reffiling it, or us a watering can to they and get most of the shite out, that way the sludge doesnt travel up your pipes and block them or the washers.

Don't use your washer jets for the windows after a freeze otherwise you'll pop the tubes off the jets.

Top winter tip from me? In Malta?

hmmm...hard one this.

The only tip i can give is to roll up the windows a little bit while driving, otherwise it can get a lil chilly.

Using a cig lighter on the key ansd get it hot enugh for branding if the door locks are frozen,
works a treat. I had do the girlfriends a few weeks back
