Hi there i was wondering if you could help me with a problem im having.

I have a 1997 P reg 1.4 Fiat Brava S

I have just had a new radiator put in due to a crack, however after the radiator was fitted the Engine Management System warning light on the dash was coming on, so i took it to a computer diagnostic specialist who told me that there was a cooling fault and that the temperature sensor needed replaced.

Ok, temp sensor was replaced (but not attaching wires) and fuel comsumption seems back to normal but the light still comes on, i am not losing water, heat comes through the heater system and the temp gauge doesnt go above half way, can you think of anything else (although the temp is either at half way or at just above nothing, it never usually varies, i have thought about ECU sensor could that be the prob)

Any ideas please let me know.

Kenny

i would be really greatful if anyone with a clue could post here or send me an email with FIAT in the subject heading so it doesnt get filtered through the junk.

Thanks

Kenny
