Towbar

I am considering fitting a towbar to my 115 hlx.

Does anybody know if a universal kit will do, or do i need a special "fiat bravo" towbar? I am not prepared to cut the bumper.

If anyone know a good place to get a towbar, or is selling one for a bravo, please leave a message!
