Iv'e been on this forum for over a year now and had lots of help from lots of people but recently i have found that i don't know the majority of people in here, it's all chat room here and innuendo that , what the hells going on with our forum, why can't it be like it used to be, or am i just being nostalgic here?

I think your being a little nostalgic!

Old skool are still here but there are a lot of newbies. Sieng as the bravo-guide, fiatboo and the forum are top of the lists on search engines now a lot of new people are finding us.

We're all still here but sometimes dont post as much as we used to.

Rob and I are still here, although sadly the Bravo isnt :( but its something we are working on. More important things happening at the moment, which means we will need a bigger car then my little sei :)

I think it's just that the Bravo is getting quite long in the tooth now so the older ones have hit prices first time car buyers can afford. As such, this brings in younger owners who may be more likely to use the internet. Add to that the fact that us old farts would rather sit down with our pipe and slippers that talk codshit on the web all night and you end up with a bit of a chat room feel.

Also, the subject matter has changed a little. I think it always had quite a large element of chat but it was more often car related than social.

Still, I really enjoy this forum despite certain annoyances.

Yep i probably am being nostalic , i know what you guys mean about the young un's buying Bravo's now, it seems to be the weapon of choice along with clio's and pug's but i still like coming here even though i got rid of my Brava a few months ago now and now have a new Renault Scenic, It just seems that the average age of the readers now has taking a massive nosedive, god i must be getting' old

think about it though, atleast you've all still got some style owning bravo's if all us kids have got them! sticking with the 'in thing' and that ha ha!

We see ourselves as trendsetters.

You see those flares your all wearing now.........

How about an old school reunion? Only thing is McDonalds enflames my ulcer and the speed bumps play havoc with the arthritis.

How about the seafront at Eastbourne? I know a great Zimmer Frame race course.

:)

I dont know whether i fit into the 'old skool' or 'wipper snappers' section. I have been a bravo owner and been on here for 2 years now, but i am only 20.

I still love my bravo even after 2 years, but if i could afford i would sell it for a JTD 156

Regards
Jonathan

I'm still here! Just! If you class me as 'old skool Bravo driver' lol.

I just can't be arsed with the .. hrmm... idiots on this Forum anymore so I just sit and read instead of reply.

I'm sure Rog is hiding somewhere :/

Ian.

Hell, I am older than Nige, I would type more but cant find my reading glasses

Talking of old school, anyone rememeber chalk and slates? That was before pen and paper which was before laptops:)

Patrick, you must remember doing your maths with an abacus ;)

Ahhh, the milk monitor. How I sobbed when Maggie took our milk away....

Now, Maggie sauce! Who remembers that?

Great on chips.

:)

Milk monitors aint that old, I was a milk monitor, hang on, that is that old! Whoops :)

Never mind Maggie sauce, what about penny arrow bars?

and before you ask, that was a pre decimalisation penny

Wickford, you must be older than you sound, cause you sound like a cheeky young bugger:)
