should the expansion tank flow water/coolant as soon as you start up the engine? its a 1.9 JTD there is also a noise every other second like the revs are too low but once the engine gets warm its ok, its not like the usual dielel noise just like a poor idle
any ideas? its going into fiat tom and i wanna give em somthing to look for as they will prolly say no fault found
