if you want to spray all you need is patience, clean and rub your surface first with wet and dry then spray it, very light coats and try keep the direction the same, with white move left to right and try do it quick enough so your putting wet paint next to wet paint. Leave it atleast 15mins between coats and give it a gentle rub with a fine wet and dry between coats. You will know if you have either put the paint on too thick or not left it long enough as when you rub it you'll rip the paint off! If this happens, go and hit a pillow and leave the bumper long enough so that the paint goes hard, then start again!!! Build the thin layers up until your happy with it, if your not happy leave it to go hard then rub it down and try again, you'll get there in the end! Once you've finished leave it to go hard, if your going to laquer it do so as instructed by the tin, then give the whole car a t-cut and with any luck the colour will match!

man, that's a mission. how mush labour would it be at a bodyshop.

I canni be arsed with all that waiting.

Cheers tho. fancy doing it for me?

Re: Re: Re: just ordered it

i'm no expert!

I doubt a bodyshop would charge much, it's only small and it's a fairly simple colour. The biggest hassle for them would be the fact that they have to mix the paint for such a small part! If you could find a place that was spraying a car the same colour at the same time it would be really cheap!!! Have a call round!
