Car went in this morning for new front shocks. Got a phone call this afternoon says "there was a slight problem with my vehicle". Some Monkey managed to strip the threads on one of the wheel bolts and on the hub.

Take note whenever your car goes into a Fiat dealer for work that requires the wheels being removed. What I think they have done is, not lined up the thread properly and used one of those air wrenches

They now have to keep the car for another two days. Its not all bad though as I'm borrowing my Mum's 1.7 Puma which makes me smile. [/IMG]

Me and Tom were discussing the finer points of the 1.7 puma!

Fiat garages are notorious for creating work for themselves - esp when its on guarentee!

Wonder whether this is purposfull as they are franchise dealers?
