Evening all

Just a quick question about Bravo stereo's. I just fitted a new head unit to my 98 HLX and was wondering whether it's ok to set ACC to on in the stereo setting's. Just want to make sure im not going to drain the battery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is ACC?

Anyway.........I'm off to add some modifications to my 1.2BTS.

I was thinking of some 17inch OZ's (fitted with Bus Tyres), a tripple-doody-snaffler-grab-on turbo, with the biggest ever induction kit I can find. Oh and I forgot, a ridiculous big bolt n spoiler. I've just thought......I'll get a paint job, you know, the ones with flames coming out of the wheel arches. That's bound to give more BHP and less MPG.

hey, you can slag off mods all you like but leave flames from the arches alone! It's a timeless, classy mod!

btw Acc is the first notch on the key that powers all the accessories. The radio on mine works on this setting i think :-/

I have recently re-wired mine so that it is on permanantly, i can have it on without the ignition being on, and just use the power button to turn it off.

That's great, cheers for the response. I'll turn the ACC thingy on in the morning. It was a pain in the arse having to turn the ignition on to eject a cd but hopefully this should sort it.

mine will eject a cd with no key at all. so long as the front is on i can eject!
