Hi,

I have installed already 4gauge amp power wire for one sub that I have. But I want to add another amp soon. Can I just install a distributor Block on the end of the existing power wire and branch off two wires to each amp or do I need to install another wire - one for each amp?

no, you can put a distribution block in at the back of your car. I have 8 gauge wire and run a 500 and an 800 watt amp with no probs what so ever. RS do a fantastic distribution block, i will try find the link

i got the Z35-6D but if you look in the technical section there are loads of different combinations depending on your need.

Don't forget they may only be £6.15 each but there is a minimum order quantity, delivery and that probably doesn't include vat. Even if it costs £25 - £30 i still think they are cheaper and better then those tacky gold plated things from motorworld

same here!I find that there O.F.C is a bit overpriced as is much of there stuff and tend to use Rapid Electronics and Farnell In One!Sooooo much cheaper than RS Comps.

Those blocks will clamp down for smaller cable.

they are overpriced but they always have the stock and deliver next day for free, and seeing as i don't pay the bill and never spend my budget i don't really care! lol

I go other places if i fancy a ride to scunthorpe in the van, breaks the day up nicely!
