Hi,

Before i make a right mess of my headrests (and lose most of the skin off my hands).
Has anyone had them out of the seats or does anyone know how it's done?

headrest

At the bottom of the headrest there is a button push it in at the same time pull up the headrest and it will come off

Put them up as far as they will go, then rest the backs of your hands on the seat back, one under each side of the headrest and bash them upwards.(They come off a bit quick, so watch it!)You might have to get someone to hold the button in.

my rearones work like that but you have to twist my front ones to get them to adjust. It took me ages to work out and it's a complete pain in the arse!

you have to push them towards the back or front (i cant remember) and they come off, it tells you how to do it in the manual, as on mine there isnt any buttons, so just try puching them towards the front of the car and pullin

My front headrests are like this without the button so i'll try and push them forword and pull.

while i'm here does anyone know where i could find a new drivers seat as i've just found mine to have a broken bracket.
