Hi everyone, since yesterday (I think,first time I noticed it anyway)the temperature gauge has been sitting just below the first notch after the normal mark, I'll try to make it clearer, it's more or less at the first notch after the half way mark.
Anyone and ideas if this is ok or a sign of something serious ?

Oddly enough my 1.2 did exactly the same thing for the first time this week. If it wasn't for the fact that the temp gauge usually sits rock steady on the N mark I wouldn't have been bothered but it rose towards the next mark, jumped up and back down a bit in too quick a fashion to be water temperature changing. Guessed it was the water temp sender electrical connection and so pulled a bit at the connector to the sender (situated awkwardly underneath the throttle idle valve) moved it about a bit and it's been fine ever since.

its been like that for about 6 months now.
its done 33,000 miles, nothing to worry about, its just italian....
