I have spent yet more money on my HGT this morning including having the damn thing rigged up on one of these electronic alignment devices. (Brand new one yesterday it was as well!)

On the first print out it showed that the NSF had a toe out of 0.40 which was why my handling was shite with excessive understeer, whilt my OSF had 0.02.

Everything else was within tolerance including all cambers.

However, the NSF had a caster or 1.58, which was showing out of tolerance. The OSF was set at 2.23 which was within tolerance. The guy working this machine basically advised that it won't make a huge difference but he would be unable to set it as Fiat would need to do it themselves.

My question is - What difference does this make, how is it changed and is it worth it. I have never had a car fitted up to one of these before, it certainly is a trick piece of equipment.

Cheers
