My 80sx keeps cutting out at junctions and when u sit and idle , I think it would be the idle valve does anyone know how much these cost to replace and whether the arnold clark warranty would cover it

........Had this on my 80sx too. Lived with it for a while and kind of got used to gunning the engine at lights to keep it running, the biggest problem was drawing upo to lights downhill... or sharp corners.

Fiat in Wakefield put a new throttle body on mine in the last couple of weeks (see above messages) and it hasn'r occured since. Can't give you any costings though as it was under warranty..

Good luck- and get it sorted because I had to change my clutch too in the end...
