Whats is this event?
Autumn Italian Car Day is always a heady spectacle of Italian metal, enjoying a late chance to be out and about before winter closes in. On Sunday September 24th, at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire, this autumn celebration will offer a huge variety of classic, historic and current cars including Ferraris, Maseratis, Lamborghinis and De Tomasos, plus Alfa Romeos, Lancias and Fiats. Examples of the less common manufacturers and coachbuilders are also expected to join the throng, such as Abarth, Siata, OM, Autobianchi and Giannini.
All drivers of Italian cars will be invited to add their vehicle to the on display in the grounds
Things to do
In addition to looking around the finest examples of Italian motors you can by special arrangement, visitors will be able to experience the Premier Automotive Group (PAG) test track* at Gaydon used by Aston Martin and Jaguar for testing and development of their performance cars. This facility has been made exclusively available on this occasion.
In addition, all the family can enjoy the Heritage Motor Centre experience; the superb collection of historic British cars, the thrilling 4x4 off road course, fun on the kart track, nature trails, picnic and play areas and the miniature roadway for 3 to 7 year olds.
Test Track Details
Track drives will be two laps (7 miles) behind a pace car in groups of 50 with speeds up to 70mph. Cars must be road-silenced. Due to security requirements, photography is not permitted. Visitors can guarantee their involvement by booking their track session in advance on www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk. Four track sessions are planned at 12.00, 13.00, 14.00 and 15.00

Fiat forum Stand
As usual we will be having our forum stand to display our forum members cars. If you wish to be on the stand then please PM me. All members are welcome, i just need to know who is coming so I have an idea of numbers.
Time
Please be ready to place your car on the stand by 9am, if you get there a little early then thats ok If you get there after 9am, we cant guarantee there will be space.
Other info
For those who havent been on a stand before, then dont worry. The normal procedure is that I insist everyone hangs around the stand until all the cars are in place then you can do as you wish. If you want to do the test track then let me know in advance and i will make sure you will get an end spot so you can get your car out.
