David, a classic!

If it's too far south, you'll be wanting to go to the Edinburgh one then?
Would love to, but I'm working this weekend, again. I am off to the Mid Argyll Highland games at 06.30 tomorrow morning to set and man a stand for the garage, not due home till about 11pm, then North Ayrshire depot duty on Sunday.

Ho Hum.

Cheers

D

whos going to the gaydon meet from manchester

and why are they always so far down south??

Beacsue anywhere past Birmingham is too far for them souther softies. Us hard northerners in CAR clubs will actually drive down south for events. Southerners wont go more than 25 miles as it will be in a diferent country!!!!

You will always find that the northerners are the hardened travellers.

BTW - I'm travelling from Wigan, just a bit further oop north from Manchester. Welcome to join our convoy when we sort it out

cheers guys maybe the southerners are soft but why could they have not picked a better named place to go to?

its bout 2 to 3 hours in the car from manchester.

me and me dad aree going down on the day in my cinq as far as i know. i know we should have a meeting in sale or timperley that would be miles better.

Sale / Timp...you'de be lucky, but theres us and Sammi around that way, IIRC!

The 2-3 Hrs is an estimate based on my run to Stanford (70mph in the 1242cc), and I understand its around that area.

I'll be running in the 899cc this time so I'll be chasing you!!

Oh...Gaydon isnt far. Kent for the Clubcento AGM is far!!
