I'm sure most of you are familiar with this by now...

Every May, on the last Sunday of the month, we head for St Andrews for the Italian Car Day at Craigtoun Park.

The last 2 years our attendances have been amazing, to say the least, giving some of the biggest turnouts we've ever seen. This year, we're hoping for more of the same.

Now the weather last year was pish. But, all being good, it's usually a case of park the cars up by about 11am for the stand, have a wee looky around then BBQ for the afternoon. The show finishes at about 4pm.

There are usually various convoys, and we admin are always there or there abouts the night before to make sure the stand is ready to rock 'n' roll first thing on the Sunday. Entry will more than likely be the standard £5.

Any convoys from Edinburgh?

If there isn't I'd be very surprised.
Won't be organised till a little closer though I'd think.

RE Edinburgh convoy - as Venters said, there'll no doubt be something organised nearer the time.

Last year was my second visit to the show and I'll certainly be back this year!

29th surely?? Hope so as I'm planning to try and make the trip again this year, hoping to see what that field looks like in the sunshine (some hope!)

Convoy plans etc will follow in the next couple of weeks.

Hope to see a few more folk there this year - it's always a good day out, there'll be the usual BBQ and stuff too! Again, a list for the BBQ so we know who's taking what will appear soon!

A few of us will be camping there on the Saturday night again this year, for anyone else wanting to join us for that please let me know so I've an idea of numbers etc!

not been to any fiat or italian car meets yet, but i will defo be at this! also dont know anyone but ahwell lol.

I’d love to go, haven’t been to the Itailian car day since the days of my Alfa 33 P4.

Only problem is that it is very close to my holiday so I’ll have to wait and see if I’ve got any spare cash before deciding for sure.

The more the merrier guys, always nice to see some new faces!

And we all started off going to these meets not knowing anyone!

As always folks, the more the merrier. The FF/FS stand had something like 20 odd cars last year? I forget exact numbers, but we certainly had one of the largest displays - and we're hoping for bigger and better this year

Convoy plans and info for a possible Saturday activity, especially for anyone travelling a few miles for this, will be announced soon

Gutted I can't make this due to final year uni exams. Hope everyone has a great time, I look forward to seeing a gallery of pictures.
