Hi Everyone,

EcoDrive on my Windows laptop used to automatically pick up when I had plugged in the USB I use for Blue&Me - I already have data loaded from the 11th of July to the 16th of August, and it was over several different uploads.

Today, the EcoDrive application is not picking up the USB and as such is not loading any of the data, despite several restarts and trying all the usb ports in my laptop. :bang:

I can only find threads with problems with the first upload which this is not, if I have missed a similar thread, I am sorry:worship: for the repeat.

Anyone know how to fix?

Mine doesn't crash the program... It's like ecodrive doesn't even know that the USB is there but the rest of windows sees it so I don't understand.

With mine, if the usb is in the computer when I start eco drive, then it goes to the hourglass timer, with message of "not responding". If I take out the usb, the program runs, and I can see my old data. As soon as I plug the usb back in, it goes to hourglass timer, and fails to respond. Windows can see the usb fine.

I even uninstalled and reinstalled the eco drive program, but to no avail.

Any news about the uploading problemm?
